The fast way to share shifts, timesheets and more straight to employees' phones

Sharing shift information quickly and reliably with your employees is essential for a smooth running rota – especially when you have last minute changes. So we have developed an app that lets staff view and manage their shifts and other work-related functions direct from their phones.

Employees download the easylog Staff Portal app from their usual app store and, once logged in, can access information about their work hours quickly and easily at any time, wherever they happen to be. The basic app shows employees’ clocking history and can be customised with a range of additional mix and match features.

For example, the app can be used to:

  • Send allocated shifts to employees across a definable date range as soon as the rota is set
  • Enable staff to confirm that they are happy with the shifts by accepting them
  • Alert employees to available shifts that they can then offer to work
  • Provide a record of past shifts and clockings so employees can check their hours
  • Submit expense claims and upload photographs of receipts
  • Manage holiday requests and send messages to managers

With the Staff Portal app there is no need to send rotas out by e-mail or print off a paper version. Managers also get a reliable record of an employee’s shift acceptance, which goes directly into the main rota software, along with related clockings.
