The project

When this kent-based case management company decided to upgrade its spreadsheet-based timesheet and rota system, it chose a browser-based rota and expenses management solution from easyLog because it could be easily customised to meet the HR and Payroll team's specific requirements. As well as tailoring our Staff Portal app to enable employees to manage expenses and holiday requests via their phones, the organisation also implemented our Location Clock QR code app to record attendance. The result

The customer is now managing its 160 employees' timesheets and the rota with easyLog's integrated software, saving many hours of painstaking admin. Staff can also submit their expenses much more quickly and easily, while managers have the added benefit of knowing exactly where support workers are when they clock in and out.
